1.In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding General Data Protection of Individuals and in relation to the personal data processing, we inform you the following:
1.1 Climacom EOOD declares that collects, processes and protects your personal data lawfully and in accordance with the purposes for which data has been collected.
1.2 “Personal data” means any information through which an individual can be identified.
1.3 Collection and processing of your data is necessary for providing the following services from our side – in case of client’s enquiry, in case of purchasing a product from company Climacom, in case of participating in games, promotions and advertising campaigns, when performing any kind of technical service.
1.4 Personal data is erased or corrected when inaccuracy is found. If necessary personal data is updated.
1.5 Your personal data could be erased at your request with prior submission of a request for erasure (right “to be forgotten”).
1.6 We collect Personal Data if you voluntarily provide it when placing an order, when making a registration for participating in a game, promotion or campaign on our website.
1.7 When processing your Personal Data, we keep the following principles: Legality, conscientiousness and transparency, limitation of the purposes for processing, relevance to the goals for processing and minimization of the collected data, accuracy and validity of data, limitation of the storing, considering achievement of the purposes, completeness and privacy in data processing and assurance for a proper security level of personal data.
2. Your personal data that we process and store in connection with the provision of the service you want, also for inquiries, incl. for advertising and/or communication in connection with participation in an event, game, promotion, advertising campaign organized by us are:

In case you provide personal data that is not required, by providing them, it is considered that you have given your consent to their processing. Insofar as you provide such data voluntarily, Climacom EOOD will treat them responsibly and in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation on personal data protection.
3. Your Personal Data is kept until the moment when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it has been collected. When participating in promotion, game and advertising campaign (registration on the website), we keep the data provided by you for a period of 30 days after the end of the campaign/game/promotion period, as we keep our right to inform you occasionally for the status of the campaign/game/promotion.
4. Who can we share your Personal Data with?
Climacom EOOD protects the privacy of your Personal Data. For quality provision of the service you need, it is possible for Climacom to disclose your Personal Data, in compliance of the legal requirements, to the following departments within the company:
- Technical Personnel;

- Marketing department;
- Courier company, which will deliver a giveaway.

6.1 When exercising the Rights regarding Personal Data, it is necessary for the data subject to provide at least one of the below-mentioned identifiers:
- First name and last name;
- Address and e-mail address;
- Phone number;
- Request in written form.
6.2 Climacom EOOD is not obliged to reply to a request if it is not possible to identify the data subject.
6.3 Climacom EOOD provides information regarding the undertook actions related to a submitted request for exercising rights on personal data, within 1 (one) month of receiving the request.
7. Limitation of liability:
7.1 Climacom EOOD is not liable for the users and third parties for any sustained damages or missed opportunity costs as a result of termination, changing or limiting of services, erasure, modifying, losing, unreliability, inaccuracy or incompleteness of messages, materials or information, which have been transferred, used, written or became accessible through the website climacom.com
7.2 Climacom EOOD may ensure publishing of materials in their website’s sections and/or into hyperlinks to other Internet pages and resources. Climacom EOOD is not liable for sustained damages and missed opportunity costs as e result of the usage, access and the reliability of such materials and content.
8. Personal Data Protection:
8.1. Climacom EOOD keeps its right to refuse access to their website. The access to climacom.com could be temporarily suspended or limited for maintenance purposes. Despite all our efforts to provide website access without suspension, due to the internet and online type of services, the uninterrupted access and the absence of errors could not be guaranteed.
8.2 As an administrator of your Personal Data, we, at Climacom EOOD, have implemented technical and organizational rules which guarantee the security of the personal data we process. Although we work hard in order to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee that our safety measures will prevent any unauthorized attempt for access, usage or disclosure of Personal Data.
