What is the City Multi S Series?
Designed for efficiency and flexibility, the CITY MULTI S Series – PUMY is the ideal climate control solution for smaller spaces, such as offices, commercial properties, restaurants, and medical clinics.
Cooling and heating in a single system. With its innovative two-pipe technology, the S Series allows easy switching between cooling and heating, ensuring a comfortable environment year-round without compromising quality.

• Guaranteed heating down to -20°C outdoor temperature.
• Wide temperature range – The PUMY Series is designed for maximum reliability, even at extremely high outdoor temperatures. Thanks to advanced inverter technology, the system ensures efficient cooling even at temperatures up to 52°C.
• Excellent efficiency even in confined spaces or in group installations, where warm air may accumulate.
• Flexible installation with an external static pressure of 30 Pa. The modern design of the outdoor units allows installation in hard-to-reach locations – such as balconies on high-rise buildings or spaces behind grilles, shutters, and decorative elements. This provides greater design freedom and discreet installation without compromising efficiency.
• Four possible piping directions. The series offers exceptional connection flexibility, allowing pipes to be routed in four directions: front, back, bottom, or right.
• Low noise levels. Twin-fan models feature a quiet mode, while single-fan models have three low-noise modes in addition to the standard mode.

* Additional PAC-SC36NA-E control is required to activate the quiet modes.
Pumy-sp
The compact unit allows installation in limited outdoor spaces, making the series an ideal solution for apartments and offices. Its low weight facilitates transport and installation.
The PUMY-SP Series allows connection of up to 10 indoor units to a single outdoor unit. Using the standard City Multi branch piping system or with distribution boxes and/or kits with electronic expansion valves (LEV), indoor units from the M Series or Mr. Slim can be connected. This makes the system an efficient solution for multi-room applications while saving space.
Each capacity is available in both single-phase and three-phase power supply versions.
Despite its compact dimensions and light weight, the PUMY-SP achieves high EER and COP values.

Two-pipe zoned system designed for heat pump operation.
The PUMY Series uses a two-pipe refrigerant system, allowing easy switching between heating and cooling while providing a consistent comfortable climate across all zones.
The compact outdoor unit operates with R410A refrigerant and an inverter compressor that optimizes energy efficiency.
Thanks to a wide range of indoor units and a flexible piping system, the PUMY Series is suitable for various types of applications.
It allows connection of up to 12 indoor units (up to 30 units for P250/300 models) with up to 130% connected capacity, providing maximum design flexibility.

The new PUMY units expand the VRF range with R32 refrigerant.
